NEPTA continually works with various partners to contribute; provide material, education & vocational support to vulnerable groups such as orphans, youth, women’s groups, the physically; mentally challenged as well as supporting community-based projects & enterprises.
At NEPTA the realization of clean, sustainable, and environmentally sound energy solutions is always a primary goal and objective.
We continually engage in tree planting, water conservation & anti-soil erosion projects throughout all regions of operation to ensure we play our part in a cleaner, safer future environment.
What We Do
NEPTA intention through this Program is to provide its employees with the knowledge to understand multiple business aspects in a holistic manner, through Educating, Coaching, Personal Development and Empowerment. The Program is a condensed version of an MBA Program with NEPTA -related practical examples and situations.
Participants to the Program are taken through a typical business cycle which enables them to understand general concepts of Accounting, Legal, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Human Resources which offers them a bird’s eye view of how a business is run.
